Anyone else getting connection time-outs connecting to

Yup, I'm getting a connection time-out as well. Any ideas?

not sure. traceroute has it failing in the netherlands after:
svgw.liacs.nl (132.229.44.254) 194.547 ms 192.132 ms 191.964 ms
since that doesn't seem to be the immediate upstream router for the
subnet, my guess is there is a router out. could just be the
server's down too.
whois shows the 132.229 class b is owned by Rijks Universiteit Leiden
in the netherlands so they may just be upgrading something on campus.
Guess we have to wait it out or find an alternate. The README.non-US
from one of the mirrors lists a US non-US mirror (if that makes
sense) at:
ftp://ftp.lameter.com/debian-non-US/
So I added to my /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb ftp://ftp.lameter.com/debian-non-US/ testing/non-US main contrib non-free
deb-src ftp://ftp.lameter.com/debian-non-US/ testing/non-US main
contrib non-free
and commented out the non-us settings. Seems to be working
btw, i'm getting timeouts on security.debian.org too (looks like it's
hosted from the same network as non-us)
