I have built i386-linux to powerpc-linux cross-compilers from the GNU sources. I can't see why the Debian sources would pose any problems. I have also done some canadian cross compiles (target=powerpc-eabi, host=i586-cygwin, build=i386-linux). Brendan Simon.
