I exactly the same problem. Before this patch, the suspend to
disk never works with X. Now the suspend to disk works with X if I
suspend from tty1 the first time.
I just test the 2.6.10 : the suspend to disk works well, with X, even
the first time. But with 2.6.10, the sound, the frequency scaling, the
fan control do not work...
So, I will continue to use the good 2.6.12....
