Yes, the 9200 is one of those supported by the r200. When I change consoles on my desktop, I see a message in /var/log/syslog indicating it's using the r200 driver: Apr 27 12:54:45 jacob kernel: [drm] Loading R200 Microcode I am using stock kernel drivers (radeon, agpgart and nvidia_agp) and have never installed ATI's drivers. Lspci reports this for my video card: 0000:02:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV280 [Radeon 9200 SE] (rev 01) And my current kernel version is 2.6.9-2-k7 (though I originally got it working with a 2.6.7 kernel). Again, I can't say what differences there might be for a ppc, but it works great on my x86. HTH, Jacob -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
