section 10.4 says: Scripts may assume that /bin/sh implements the SUSv3 Shell Command Language ... This version of the standard is so outdated that it isn't even any longer available on the opengroup web site. The latest version of the standard is 4.2 (published in 2016), earlier versions currently available on the opengroup site are 4 (from 2008) and 4.1 (from 2013). Please consider updating the policy.
