Fully agreed. I'm not sure what the next step forward would be. I don't like telling people what to do, so I'm uncomfortable suggesting Russ share with us his view on the topic as a Policy Editor; especially as he already said he was swamped with other things. It would also pain me if he would be called biased because he's a second of this change… Anyway, Russ, if you have any ideas how we could make some progress on this topic, they would be most appreciated.
