Hi Kurt,

I hope that I am not the only one to think as follows: I would much prefer if
the secretary would not engage participating to a debate after making a
constitutional decision in the same debate.  This lack of neutrality strongly
undermines the respect that I give to your constituional decisions.

Here in particular, you are actively pushing a change that 1) is the
consequence of your constitutional decision and 2) is facing opposition from
the people who are doing the work.  I think that it is harmful: it can
only result in less work done done for Debian.
