Volunteering. I have some years experience in DocBook XML, both in free software projects as well as in non-free projects in a Windows shop. But no time for this until 5.0 release is out :~) (I once wrote a "lint" like tool in Python and libxml2 that checked compliance of DocBook files against a style guide, but I can't find it anymore.
