No. I refuse to clutter up the BTS with message like this that
are not relevant to the bug report.

Adam> Also, where is it stated that one who files bugs needs to get

The don't. And if they file a bug on policy, and discussions
like this happen, they'll not be bothered by it either. Since the BTS
does not copy the originator on the bug by default, just mailing the
bts does not get information to them either. When their bug is
finally resolved, the'll get notified as usual.

If and only if you wish to participate in debate on the
bug. Since the BTS does not send mail to the submiter by default,
the submitter needs to keep track of discussions somehow.

I consider that rude, or does the great doogie take upon
himself to tell my what me reactions to all things must be?

Bull shit. The submitter thought that mime is crap, and the
submitter did not know what mail was being referred to, in along with
other information in the closing mail.

Adam> By not cc'ing the bug#, you are at fault.

Sez You. You may ot wqant to know how much weight that
 carries with me.

I am using the BTS correctly. I am not cluttering it up with
useless junk. I shall continue to use my discretion as to when I send
 things to the BTS.

        manoj
 not CC'ing any bug.
