Hmm... It should probably be about cramming as much information as possible into a single line. On that note: requiring the first letter be capitalized loses 1 bit of information. More generally, it's easy for an automated mechanism to capitalize a description. However, uncapitalizing only those descriptions where it's appropriate is an intractable problem, in the general case. On the third hand: this isn't particularly earth-shattering. -- Raul
