Oh, I didn't mean to imply that. Like you illustrated on IRC: I think that if I (and others) had to migrate, then so must the package maintainers who have slipped through the cracks. It looks like you want to ease this requirement because a substantial number of package(r)s still haven't done anything about it. I think that the fact some people don't pay attention to the Policy mainly indicates their laziness, not their opposition to the Policy.
