Please define "real Unixes"...

AIX doesn't have /usr/libexec
SunOS/Solaris doesn't have /usr/libexec
Irix doesn't have /usr/libexec

Oh, and what's probably more important (and relevant), the FHS doesn't
mention a /usr/libexec
