Oh, I thought you were referring to the part I wrote. Feel free to get
that nitpick fixed in the policy manual -- you should be able to do so by just
bringing it to the attendtion of Juilian Gilbey -- but that text is not a
part of my proposed change and I don't see any reason to broaden my change
to include it.
