Of course, part of the proposal is to get the administration right.  The
authoritative maintainer list is to be maintained by (a delegate of) the
Project Secretary.  

Since the topic has been brought up anyway, what about the following
alias: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Heck no, even make it a package:  [EMAIL PROTECTED] could
have a list too :-) (actually makes sense.)  And bugs could be submitted
against it (makes sense too IHMO.)
