reassign 21185 debian-policy thanks For some time I have wondered what to do with this bugreport.
I don't want to modify lintian to ignore Debian policy (since checking that is its prime function), but on the other hand Debian policy seems incomplete on this point. I now think that the policy on changelogs is in need of an overhaul, and that lintian should follow policy until it is changed.
