Hi, Seems that I am the last one on this list :) The short answer: No Longer explication: The change of the package name of jack has been introduced because the jack ABI seems to have changed, so you have to recompile all the packages against the new ABI if they should work. In practice this depends on the calls that have been changed in libjack, and the ones used by the different programs, so it might work.
