Here's a quick review (this is in addtion to the other reviews that have already been done on python-instagram): - X-Python-Version and X-Python3-Version belong in the source stanza in d/control, not in the binary packages stanzas - instead of having an empty watch file, you can point it to PyPI instead, i.e. https://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-instagram - there's been a new upstream release that you may want to consider packaging Team-maintaining this package in the DPMT and using a more permissive license for debian/* were both already mentioned in earlier reviews as well.
