You seem to have done the WNPP stuff wrong: Why are you hijacking this ITP without notifying the bug? Why does your changelog close #498369 twice? Why does your changelog not close #521626? Why did you file #521626 instead of changing the owner of #498369? Please merge those two bugs or retitle #521626 to libchamplain-gtk (see the next point).
