That's a *prime* example of why you should use licenses which are in wide usage: if you're not a lawyer, writing or using obscure licenses is not for you. [And if you're a lawyer, you probably shouldn't be writing FOSS licenses either.] Hopefully I'm preaching to the choir on this point, but if not, learn from matricks.
