This is a common misunderstanding. It's fine to install (architecture-independent) example scripts in /usr/share/doc/<package>/examples - that's what that directory convention is there for! What's not fine is for the package to rely on automatically doing things in /usr/share/doc in order to work. -- Colin Watson [EMAIL PROTECTED]
