I am trying to set up a PC running Debian GNU/Linux to run mailing lists
using majordome. The server's name is ggins.derby.ac.uk .

I can successfully telnet, and FTP to this machine, and it can telnet and
FTP out again.

I have also installed majordomo, and the config-test of this seems to work.
However, when I attempt to email either [EMAIL PROTECTED] OR
[EMAIL PROTECTED] the mail bounces back with the following message.

----- Transcript of session follows -----

If email from an account on the linux machine to majordomo (or
[EMAIL PROTECTED]) the disk spins, as if it is doing something,
but nothing actually happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - I am pretty much a complete newbie
with Linux, although I have fiddled around with Suns a bit.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
