Its a queue. Just upload the next version if you have fixes. Don't wait. The
tools and archive deal with it.

In the past this did not reset "your position" in the queue and I believe it
won't do so now either.

Also, we're talking https://bugs.debian.org/1112621 ,
https://salsa.debian.org/rust-team/wiremix .  It's not in NEW now, is it?  It
was never in Debian I believe?

It is now in unstable. Please close the ITP bug.
