Graham,

What I would do, is remove the 'debian/0.9.9-1' tag in Salsa. This can be done
via the git command line or in your browser in the packages repository.

Next I would add the 'Vcs' fields to 'd/control'.

After this do a new upload to mentors.

Once the package has been passes and uploaded to Debian, then add back the
'debian/0.9.9-1' tag.
