This should address all the issues raised so far except the pandoc bugs, which will be fixed in 1.5.1 coming out in the next week, plus I realized right after I uploaded that the version number should probably end in +dfsg since the CC-NC-SA file was deleted. If anyone has any other suggestions for things to improve I'd be glad to hear them. thanks, Phil
