Really unless you want to avoid backports, the package needs no version
depend on 'game-data-packager-runtime'.
If you want the version depend and be OK for a stable backport, you can
use
= 73. If you wish the version depend on the latest it will be >= 79.
Your decision which way you wish to go.
In fact I really need v74 for g-d-p-r, the necessary bits are not
present in v73.
When I initially wrote ">> 73", i was thinking that it had the same
meaning than ">= 74".
But now, thanks to your input, I see how wrong I was: backports, NMU,
... all that can interfere with the 'normal' versioning.
That slight miscommunication lead to the correct dependency, thank you
