thanks for having a look. The package with the current state
has been in debian for over 15 years now, as ive stated in
the RC critical bug it is largely abandoned upstream.
This was basically my attempt to get a somehow more updated version to still
ship it with the next stable release. I dont think i will dig into the
informational or warning lintian issues here.
The latest NMU was accepted aswell with all these warnings in place.
The Package is now been pushed into salsa and i dont intend to spend any more
time on it for now. If these warnings /informational issues are a real problem,
then we should file an bug for removal.
