Looks good for me. I commited some changes including missing/wrong copyright
info.
I will sponsor this package if you relicense debian/* under the same license as
upstream (Zlib).
In the event that a patch is added that falls back to GPL-3 now which would make the library GPL-3
covered. Users of the library would not expect that.
