New htslib causes FTBFS for cyvcf2 and libbio-db-hts-perl.I'll check these hopefully today.New python-pysam causes FTBFS for ariba.Maybe tomorrow. Once you have ratt working, could you do me some favour and check nlopt from experimental as well and report what packages might fail?

Meanwhile, I looked at the three failures, all the problems are in failing tests and I cannot understand why.
Possibly it makes sense to upload the four packages to unstable and fill bugs against cyvcf2, libbio-db-hts-perl, python-pysam.
But maybe you will understand more things than me by looking at the build logs!
