I used ratt, here are the results. New htslib causes FTBFS for cyvcf2 and libbio-db-hts-perl. New python-pysam causes FTBFS for ariba.I propose to try to examine these three build failures in case there is an easy fix, but else we certainly can upgrade the four packages you worked on anyway, yes!
