You need to create an account on alioth.debian.org and apply for the
Debian Med project (or tell Steffen your login name to add you to the
team because I'll be offline). Please make sure you carefully read the
hints to ssh usage on Alioth which is linked from our policy document.
If you do not regard these hints you will fail to use it properly.

This is possible in principle but should be an exception for the very
beginning. There should be no problem with the procedure above.
