Okay, I added a --exclude param. Example without:
$ ./bin/review-update-needed --lts --unclaim 3w
[...]
Editing file to unclaim: linux, linux-4.9, salt
With:
$ ./bin/review-update-needed --exclude linux linux-4.9 --lts --unclaim
3w
[...]
Editing file to unclaim: salt
