live-wrapper has never made that type of image. It's possible to add
support, but it's just not happened. You're about the first person
I've seen ask for them, so I'm guessing that they're not used very
much.

It needs a couple of things:
1. Somebody to work out a package list and add it to the live-tasks
source package for us to use. That list needs to be maintained
over time by somebody who cares about it, it's not just a
fire-and-forget thing. I spoke to Jose M Calhariz at DC18 and he
said he was working on it, but I've not heard anything since
July. Then I've just seen a MR mentioned by Steven Monai
<smona...@gmail.com> 2 days ago.
2. Then for that build type to be enabled in the live-setup code
that we use for building the live images. This should be a matter
of a few minutes at most.
HOWEVER...
In the longer term, we really need somebody (with DD access) to take
over the work of developing and maintaining our official live
builds. I asked for help last summer, and although there's been some
discussion, I've not seen much work yet. While I've continued to run
our setup using live-wrapper and do tests when we do releases, I just
don't have the time available to commit to any further development.
I'm just too busy elsewhere in Debian to do this.
