You just need to use syslinux-themes-debian and syslinux-themes-debian-squeeze from sid (i.e. version 10-1) which fix this. They just haven't been in the archive long enough to migrate to wheezy. The easiest way to do this is to download the packages and drop them in config/chroot_local-packages/
