There wasn't any firm concensus that the Intel license was acceptable for non-free at the time I last brought it up. > - If I provide a patch, do you think if have a chance to be in Lenny? It's not really relevant anymore though, because firmware which can be in non-free should probably bundled into the kernel-team's conglomerate firmware-nonfree source package.
