Hi all people, I new on this list and I am also interesting in this problem with the license of TrueCrypt.
Maybe it can help to know that in Mandriva distribution, somebody has packed TrueCrypt with another name: "RealCrypt" and it has made it available in their contrib/backports repositories. http://club.mandriva.com/xwiki/bin/view/dvalin/RealCrypt Is this a really legal fork? I am not lawyer and I do not know the legal policies of this distribution but I ask if it could be a trail.
