I tried to modify the conditions paragraph of the MIT license so
that question 4 (shown above) is given a "Yes" answer. Here are my
variations:
If that's what you want, look at the LGPL.
Provided a 3rd party keeps your source separate from their source, they
don't need to release their source at all, but they do have to release
any modifications they make to your source.
