I disagree with suggestion number 4.

The Free Art License was previously discussed on debian-legal[1] and it
was concluded that it is a poorly written license and, hence, not a
choice I would recommend (even assuming it's a DFSG-free one, which I'm
not sure it is...)

I'm not a big fan of the Design Science License, either, even though
it's considered to be an acceptable choice as far as the DFSG are
concerned, IIRC.
