The possibility for further modifiers to *add* unmodifiable sections

With this permission in the license, a work is Free (as long as it
doesn't include unmodifiable sections in the first place), but can
easily generate derivatives that are non-free.
This could be undesired by a copyright holder who wants a copyleft Free
license...


Anyway, Roger, consider that, one exception or additional permission
after the other, we are approximately moving in the GPL-2 direction.
I really recommend to choose the GPL-2 itself, as it is really the most
studied and understood copyleft license. At least in dual license with
the GFDL, but GPL-2 alone is my recommendation...
