I pointed the type out in the 5.4.3 clause to the CeCILL folk, and was pointed to the english FAQ, section 2.2, which says : The two cases mentionned at 5.3.4 seem very similar. Is this a bug ? Yes, this is a translation bug that will be corrected in the next version. The first case (first paragraph) should be about "Modified or unmodified Software" that is included in a code subject to the GNU GPL (and not that "includes"; this case is covered by the next paragraph).
