Is this really free? By this reasoning, I could write any program, compile it, distribute only the binary, attach a notice saying "This is GPL. The binary is to be treated as source code" and it it would be eligible for Debian main. Or to put it another way, is "free software license with redefined terms" necessarily a free software license?
