No good, for the same reasons. I can point you at a number of people who
are (frighteningly) fluent, insofar as it is possible to be fluent at
all (occasionally debated on the basis that the language has not yet had
sufficient time to expand from it's origional definition for that to be a
truly meaningful concept).
Thankfully, I've never been that insane - though I have held copies of
various hard-to-find translations, since a good friend and ex-coworker used
to host KLI.org, and still has a number of such things (he spares me any
recitations, however).
Okay, probably fewer people in the world - but quite possibly more
people likely to ever read Debian mailing lists. :)
