We have consensus that the GFDL is not DFSG-free. So the only question left is: How can the removal / moval to non-free be done in the least problematic manner? This must of course be decided in a package-by-package-basis, and is up to the discretion of the package maintainers, as long as the removal from main is scheduled in adaequate time.
