This would seem to be only common sense. If I take it upon myself to educate the world about the evil and stupidity of the EULA of the Infinidim Corporation, I might release a package containing infinidim-eula(7), unmodified from its original distributed form. (Along with separate treatises like why-infinidim-is-stupid(7) and except-for-the-gray-skin-they-look-just-like-vogons(7).) Even though the Infinidim EULA is a non-free license, that shouldn't preclude us from distributing the /test/ of the license, only software released /under/ that license.
