If you want advice about setting up a trust, then you will have to ask locally. I seem to remember being told that the relevant laws differ greatly between England and Scotland, for example. I know nothing about either, but someone said the Scottish laws are better ... You might think about making a contract with an existing trust or organisation, but who then would enforce the contract if you are unable to do so? Edmund
