Hello, ... Well, Bewan finally release version 0.4.2 of their drivers with the following licence :

You are also given permission to redistribute the modem SW library (modem_ant_PCI.o, modem_ant_USB.o) with the rest of the code. You must obey the GNU General Public License in all respects for all of the code used other than the modem SW library. See the file COPYING.GPL for details. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I think this is ok now, and i uploaded the package to non-free. It is GPLed, and the special exception allows to link with the non-free library as well as distributing the non-free library with GPLed work, which should satisfy all problems regarding the inclusion of this package into non-free, that is until we kick non-free out of our archives :).
