Indeed, I have mentioned this one to the Nessus author and he
has advised me that he will accept it. I will soon contact the authors
of Snort, as they have a similar problem.
Does anybody think the FSF would be interested in reviewing this
exception, and placing it in their GPL FAQ? I don't know who to
contact, so perhaps someone better connected can try.
