Package: libjpeg62
Version: 6b-5
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 2.1.4

libjpeg62 may have to be moved to non-free. Enforcing a rather old
patent on JPEG-related technology has been announced:

No corresponding patent seems to have been filed at the EPO.
