Don't I know it :) > (I'm assuming it's in contrib because it depends on a non-free mp3 encoder) Yup. > I'm gonna be doing some hacking tonight, I'll post a patch to this bug > number if successful. Before you spend any significant amount of time, try the 1.9.x development series at http://lly.org/~rcw/abcde/development/. At this point I'm not accepting patches to 1.1.x unless it's a security issue of some sort. 1.9.1 will theoretically call vorbize/oggenc if you type abcde -o ogg, but I haven't had a chance to test that yet. I'm sure it has at least a couple bugs, I just added the functionality Thursday. It won't comment your oggs yet either, but at least it won't ID3 tag them. :) Anyway, my main concern is Ogg's current lack of joint stereo support. I'm reluctant to switch the default output type to ogg until that functionality exists. That functionality may only be a few months out. -- Robert Woodcock - [EMAIL PROTECTED] "Unfortunately they don't let crew members remove their names from movies like directors can." -- Trickster Coyote on "Carpool"
