[Snipped beginning of thread....] Well.... That is the problem I ran up against; the Anti-Discrimination clauses in the DFSG. That is why I am asking here. So, to the "brass tacks". Is requiring payment for commercial exploitation considered 'discrimination' WRT the DFSG? And remember, I am new at this non-GPL licensing game. So I'm asking from naivete, not stupidity. ;^) Cheers! ____________________________________________________________________ / Clay Crouch, Shamless Bum ;^> | <http://danno.tzo.com/~danno> \ | Linux Administration/Consulting | <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | | Debian Package Maintainer | <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | +----------------------------------+---------------------------------+ | "Away put your weapon; I mean you no harm." -- Master Yoda | +--------------------------------------------------------------------| | 1024D/7D2AD631: 2319 2356 FEDF 4631 63F3 762A E443 1C2A 7D2A D631 | \____________________________________________________________________/
