Well, I don't think it has become non DFSG-free. The sections that disappeared made the old version non-viral in some cases, but I take it that the normal provision for modifications and distribution under the original license is left intact. This leaves the terms no worse than GPL. However, the new version certainly doesn't promote code reuse in the same manner the old one used to. -- Henning Makholm
